By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. c555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations, and registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
2.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) c555 Account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created to circumvent a suspension, limit, or restriction applied to a prior account — are strictly prohibited. c555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold funds where duplicate account creation is identified.
2.4 You are responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. c555 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Users in Prohibited Jurisdictions access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
2.5 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your c555 Account. You are responsible for keeping your account details updated. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.6 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c555 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. c555 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.1 c555 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed. KYC may also be requested at other points during a User's relationship with c555, including upon account creation, upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, or where c555 has reason to believe that account details require confirmation.
3.2 For Pakistani users, accepted identity documents include: a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid Pakistani or foreign passport. A liveness selfie holding the submitted document may be required.
3.3 Documents submitted must be current, legible, and unaltered. Expired documents will not be accepted. Digitally modified or fraudulent documents submitted during KYC will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.4 c555 processes KYC submissions in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Submitted documents are used solely for identity verification purposes and are handled with appropriate security measures.
3.5 Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. c555 reserves the right to close accounts and return funds (less any applicable fees) where KYC cannot be completed.
4.1 c555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your c555 Wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically instantaneous. Bank transfer timelines depend on the originating financial institution.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by c555 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your c555 Account.
4.4 Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. c555 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawal requests.
4.5 c555 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary by method and are subject to completion of KYC verification. c555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.6 c555 reserves the right to decline or reverse transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, c555 may hold funds pending investigation and cooperate with relevant authorities.
4.7 Deposits are made for the purpose of wagering on c555 Services. Deposits intended purely for holding and withdrawal without wagering activity may be declined or subject to processing fees at c555's discretion.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on c555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category (sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer, etc.). Where product-specific rules conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
5.2 Bets are accepted at c555's absolute discretion. c555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at any time without obligation to provide a reason, including where a bet appears to be placed by an automated system, where a pricing error is suspected, or where the bet appears to be part of coordinated wagering activity.
5.3 In the event of a manifest error in odds, prices, or game outcomes (including software errors), c555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether funds have already been credited to a User's Wallet.
5.4 Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your c555 Wallet upon settlement. Settlement timelines for sports bets depend on the completion and official verification of the relevant event.
5.5 Users must not exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the c555 platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault are void and must be returned to c555. Deliberate exploitation may result in account closure.
6.1 c555 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and promotional credits from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions.
6.2 Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. c555 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, collusion, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering risk — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
6.3 c555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Withdrawal of a promotion will not affect bonuses already validly accepted and held in a User's Wallet at the time of withdrawal.

10.2 c555 shall not be liable for losses arising from: service interruptions, third-party payment processor delays, telecommunications failures, or circumstances beyond c555's reasonable control.
10.3 c555 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or security vulnerabilities. c555 undertakes to take reasonable steps to maintain service availability and security, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 You may close your c555 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to a verified payment method in your name, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
11.2 c555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account without notice where: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) c555 reasonably suspects fraud or illegal activity; (c) required by law or regulatory obligation; or (d) the Account has been inactive for an extended period.
11.3 Upon termination for breach, c555 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, c555 may permanently withhold such funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
12.1 c555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the c555 platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Continued use of the c555 platform following the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should discontinue use of the platform and close your Account.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to c555's operating jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between c555 and a User, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through c555's internal complaints process. 13.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, Users may seek resolution through appropriate external bodies, subject to the applicable regulatory framework.
